In a world that has become so targeted at pleasing the masses when it come to Fashion, New York based designers Proenza Schouler has decided to make a collection for our friends at Target. Now this design team isn't as popular as the likes who have made cheaper versions of their collections, but well, I think they are using this opportunity for exposure. Hey, whatever works, right!?!?!
I am not a big fan and really the prices aren't really Target friendly, you can find a camisole with details for about $49.99 and the cheapest item is a skirt that has been from past collections called the Palm skirt for $24.99. So if you like this design team than I guess you are getting a deal, if not it's just a ploy to get the name to middle America and see if you hit a nerve and get them to go to their Neiman Marcus and pay the real money for the brand.
You can catch the story in the New York Times, source !!!!
